Job Description
This position will be responsible for achieving overall targets of a cluster ( Sales team comprising 80 to 100 sourcing managers) wrt APE, FOS base, Product mix, New distribution build up & People Management.Good knowledge of existing domain with general understanding about BFSI, analytical skills, people management, good communication(should be able to keep his team motivated), should fit in our value framework (Customer First, boundary less, ownership, passion, integrity)
