Implementation Engineer

Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Installation, configuration and implementation of our software.
•Make customers acquainted with the variety of possibilities of our product range
•Analyze business processes and risk areas that our customers wish to cover
•Implement the product such that our customers’ needs and requirements are taken into account
•Help end-users utilize the system and offer assistance to our implementation partners around the globe

What we require from you:
•BE (Com) or MCM or MCA
•Proficiency in system implementations (workflow, AML/Risk and/or enterprise software solutions) and proven experience with MS SQL Server
•An excellent command of the English language is essential
•Ideally you have gained experience in the finance industry.
•Highly flexible, energetic, excellent communicator, customer focused
