Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics engineering from reputed institutions.
4+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
2 years minimum experience on.NET technologies
Hands on experience on rich client applications using C#, Winforms
2 years minimum hands on experience on C++ (either on NT/XP or UNIX flavors)
Strong OOP concepts
Experience on databases and SQL programming
XML
Familiarity with software lifecycle processes
