* Troubleshooting Wireless network through wireless link-sys Routers
* Verifying Connectivity through IP Addressing
* Configuring, Assembling the Computer Systems for the Users.
* Troubleshooting HP Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Hardware trouble shooting
* Supporting User over the phone
* Troubleshoot Hardware, Software; Network related Queries, Windows 2000, XP, 98 OS
* Installation troubleshooting in standalone, Networked Environment
* Troubleshooting Customer queries
* Troubleshoots Windows O.S related problems
* Resolving Software problems through phone
* Resolving Hardware problems through phoneSupporting IBM Laptops and desktops
* Basic Troubleshooting of Internet explorerResolving small network problems
